STANDARD CARD
- Buy a Token Card with electronic tokens.
- Swipe this card on the swiper of a game and tokens will be deducted from the balance of your card.
- Keep the card and reload it as you play.
- Accumulate $100 or more on your Token Card and you automatically qualify for a VIP Card.
- After accumulating $100 of spending on one Token Card, see a customer service representative to upgrade your card to VIP status.
VIP TOKEN CARD
Accumulate $100 or more on one Token Card to attain VIP status and receive discounts on all the games.

(Must be registered in-store to qualify) If your card is lost or stolen ($3 fee – ID required).
- Tap feature on all swipers.
- Your re-issued card will contain the same amount of electronic tokens and tickets that were on the lost or stolen card at the time the loss was reported.

GOLD TOKEN CARD
Accumulate $500 or more on one Token Card to attain the prestigious GOLD Token Card. Be sure to register your card to receive full benefits.

- First video game of the day is FREE when your accumulative spending is at least $30 or more over the previous 30 days.

REWARD PROGRAM FOR VIP & GOLD CARD MEMBERS
Members with accumulated spending of $250 or more at “one” location during each quarter, (January to March / April to June / July to September / October to December) will receive a gift card loaded with free game tokens at the end of the specific quarter.
Members with an accumulated spending of $1000 or more at “one” location during the year will received a token card at the end of the year, also, loaded with free game tokens!

How does this work?
After you successfully purchase a card online, it will be mailed to you or your recipient.
Which type of payment do you accept?
We only accept Paypal at this time for online game card purchases.
When does the Game Card expire?
There is no expiration date on your Token Card. We recommend that you register it or use it as soon as possible, after you receive it in the mail
Can I send it to another address?

Can I change the value of a Game Card after I've paid for it?

Can I reload online if I already have a Game Card?
Yes, if you already have a Game Card you can create an account with our Fun Factory Mobile Wallet which allow you to store your card info, see recent history, reload, and more.
