STORE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of store operations, driving revenue, performance, and guest experience
  • Oversee arcade functionality, ensuring optimal game uptime and maintenance standards
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team through strong leadership and accountability
  • Execute hiring, training, and staffing strategies aligned with business growth
  • Manage financial performance, including P&L, labor, and cost controls

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in FEC, entertainment, or hospitality
  • Strong technical and operational knowledge of arcade environments
  • Demonstrated success in driving business results and team performance
  • Solid financial acumen and experience managing operational metrics
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
  • Open availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays
