CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

$14-17 Hourly

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Passion for arcade games and creating memorable customer experiences.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic math skills for handling transactions.

• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to think on your feet.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a smile, ensuring every visitor feels the Fun Factory magic.

• Assist customers in navigating our arcade, explaining game rules, and troubleshooting any technical issues.

• Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our state-of-the-art point-of-sale system.

• Keep the arcade area clean, organized, and always ready for the next wave of gamers.

• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our loyalty programs and special promotions.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
