HOW OUR PARTIES WORK
We make parties easy for YOU! Our party package gives you a private party area for 3 hours to decorate, eat, play, sing, and flow as you see fit. Your party cards will be active for 90 minutes when you as the host let our staff know when its time to start. Party cards give each player:
- $25 per party card
- 90 minutes unlimited play on all video games and kiddie rides
- 25 plays of any ticket / prize games
- 2 free video game plays on your next visit
*Minimum 10 cards per party / party area booked.

How long am I able to reserve for?
You are able to reserve the party area for 3 hours.
How long in advance do I need to reserve?
We ask you reserve your event at least one week in advanced so staff can be scheduled accordingly.
Are we able to bring food and drinks?
If your location does not have a restuarant or offer food, yes, as long as you keep it in the designated areas. (We don’t want any accidents to happen) Please call your Fun Factory location to verify.
Can we show up early to set up decorations?
No, your 3 hour reservation time includes your set up time. We recommend you tell your guests that your party start time is 30 minutes past the start of your reservation time so you can set up without stressing.
Do we pay per person or per card?
You only pay per card (minimum purchase of 10 cards).
Is the store closed to the public?
No, stores are still open to the public. We do offer VIP parties that are closed to the public. Contact the manager of your Fun Factory location to find out more.
Does the party card timer start when I pay for my cards or check in?
No, your party card timer does not start until the host of th party informs our staff that you wish to start the timer. Card timer will be activated automatically 90 minutes prior to the end time of your reservation.
Can we light birthday candles?
Yes, birthday candles are the one exception to our no open flame policy. Sternos and other open flame items are still strictly prohibited for everyone’s safety
