After submitting your report card and game card photo, you will receive an Honor Roll Certificate via email within 5 business days. The email will also inform you that your card was loaded with either 40 ($10) or 20 ($5) tokens. *Note: Rock N Fun will either be loaded with 50 ($10) or 25 ($5) points.

(Report cards must be submitted within 3 weeks of end of quarter dated on the report card)

If you did not provide a game card photo, expect to receive a new game card for the preferred location via mail to the mailing address provided in the form.
